When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time to check in at Wolfe Creek Station. Please note that your snow tubing experience will start on time and refunds will not be available for late guests.
Can my children participate in snow tubing in Branson, Missouri?
Yes. Children ages 3 and above can tube down the Snowflex Hill. Children ages 3 to 6 must be accompanied by an adult. Guest ages 7 and above must ride in their own tube. Please note that lap riding is not allowed.
Are there health restrictions in place?
Guests must be in good health and physical condition. Women who are pregnant or people with serious medical concerns, such as heart conditions, back injuries, or other serious illnesses, and are not able to meet the above requirements will not be able to participate.
Are there any physical restrictions?
For everyone's safety on the Snowflex Hill, riders must not exceed the weight limit of 300lbs and fit all the way in the tube.
I am pregnant. Can I still participate?
Due to safety concerns, pregnant guests are not allowed to participate in this activity.
Does Snowflex Park close in inclement weather?
Don't worry about getting wet; you might enjoy it even more in the rain! They only close for lightning or at the discretion of management when weather poses a safety risk.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing, appropriate for physical activity, such as short sleeve or long sleeve T-shirts and shorts or long pants. All riders must wear closed-toe shoes or sandals that are strapped on. If you have long hair, please pull it back and secure it in a ponytail. And wear layers in case of cool or inclement weather.
